Medan, 7 November 2025 — PT Swadaya Harapan Nusantara (SHN) officially handed over Toyota Forklift 8FBN30 units powered by Traknus Lithium Battery to PT Soci Mas. The handover ceremony took place at PT Soci Mas, located within the Medan Industrial Estate, North Sumatra.

The event began with an operational and maintenance training session for the electric forklift units, delivered by Traktor Nusantara Instructor, Mr. Hisam Ali Mahmud, to 27 operators. This training ensured that all operators fully understood the procedures and best practices for handling electric forklifts equipped with Traknus Lithium Battery.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nelzon Sihombing, SCM Head of PT Soci Mas; Mr. Fabry, Brand Operation Head of Traknus Medan; Mr. M. H. Azhmi, BC SHN Long Term Area 1; and Mr. Ari Wibowo, BC Traknus Medan—who all witnessed both the training session and the handover process.

The procurement of the Toyota Forklift 8FBN30 units is part of PT Soci Mas’s preparation for operating its new finished-goods warehouse, a strategic project under Sinarmas Agro Resources and Technology Group. This initiative marks Sinarmas Group’s first project to separate warehouse and factory operations into two distinct areas, making it a pilot model within the group. To support this operational setup, PT Soci Mas requires forklifts with proven durability and reliable after-sales service.

During the ceremony, PT Soci Mas expressed appreciation for the strong after-sales support provided by PT Traktor Nusantara and SHN for the existing diesel forklift units currently in operation. The handover reaffirms SHN and Traknus’s commitment to delivering efficient and sustainable material-handling solutions that enhance customer productivity.
